fluffhead77
This has been one of my favourite sandwiches since the early 2000s. It was little different in it's original incarnation than seen here (was served on a portuguese pada bun) but still damn tasty, clocking in at 30". Grilled, marinated chicken + kimchi + avocado + lettuce + mayo Got a favorite sammy? Edited April 9, 2013 by Guest

Davey Boy 2.0
BLTs on sourdough with guacamole is a craving that hits fairly often sometimes I like a straight up, open-faced light rye bread, butter and a generous layer of aged gouda then there's the Kingston favourite, a few of which Badams brought up to Ottawa recentlyish, bless his heart

fluffhead77
That looks all kinds of delicious. What do you use for a marinade?grainy mustard, lemon zest, garlic, black pepper, onion powder, olive oil'bout 45 mins or so. Couldn't wait any longer, I was getting hungry and other people at work wanted to use the kitchen. DB - I shared it with two others. It's the first time I've eaten lunch in a long time where I wasn't hungry again until about 7pm.

fluffhead77
You kinda lost me with the dressing and moderately with the pineapple salsa, but I'd give it a go.
