I do have an FTP server, but I usually only run it during the late evening or weekends.I don't have the shows on my HD right now either. I still have about 15 shows to transfer and will other them up as I finish them. Cheers~
jay sanislo
are any of these show when they had two drummers, im really interested to hear this. Never was around (too young probly) to see this and would love a 2 drummer show if ya got one.Let me know.
Esau
I have a show listed as "Corktown" (they played many shows there) from early/mid 93,that would be about the only time I think they had the two drummers happening. Mostly they had a percussionist with them opposed to two drum kits.I have a 3 disc from 93 that has the percussion with the drum kit and guests like Doug Feaver & Les Cooper ( Roadside Attraction) I'd have to listen to it to be sure though. shainhouse
Greg, I'd love all the Fatties shows. I can bring you blanks on friday or pick something you'd like from me! list; phook (shainhouse)
Esau
Probally best to just hook up and I'll grab the discs. Not really looking for a trade right now. All the Dylan shows for this tour are popping up now and that'll keep my discs busy. Also coverting these tapes to CDR will take up the rest. Esau
Another awesome Fatties show all done and ready for sharing. I split the tracks so it didnt leave the second disc with only 23 minutes or so, but you can get tracks 1-4 on disc two to fit fine on disc one. -------------------------------------------------- Fat Cats Clinton's Toronto,Ontario 07.22.93 Source: AUD > DAT > 1st gen CASS > Soundforge 6 > WAV Transfered to CDR by: Greg R. Drawbar
Esau, Do you have any Fat Cats shows from the volcano with a band called Congress opening for them? It would have been back in '93 or '94. Anything??
Esau
I don't have the Congress sets but I do have The Volcano show 1993-12-03,but at the moment I am missing the first disc, but I talked to a buddy who has a copy he got off me awhile back and he's going to make me a copy this week. The shows I am transfering to disc right now are Gatchne's tapes he lent me but I can check another person who may have the Congress sets. I'll look into it this weekend for you. Montoana Haze
Ah memories of fun times. Reading this thread made me go rummage through some old tapes. The embassy show was 04/25/98. I'm about to give it a listen. '98 is for sure one of my favorite Fatty years. Full seven piece..... keys, double rythm attack, terrific creative jams, the maturity of a six years together, song writing that just continued to get better....... put it all togethr = BLISS
Esau
Cheers, I needed that date. Irie Guy
I've got 2 weeks to go before I get back to the High Speed Internet world so keep that FTP going for me Esau. http://db.etree.org/wspfan
CyberHippie
Thanks for the ftp action. I grabbed the show from Clinton's... I couldn't figure out why I didn't remember this show, and finally realized it was 1993, and not 2003. That also explains why it came from a 1st gen cassette. Can't wait to listen. Esau
No problem Trev, Its a ripper of a show to.You'll enjoy it I think. I'll have some more shows on my FTP later on today if you want more. I just got to get to the store for some blanks and clear my secondary drive, then throw about 6 gigs of Fatties on it. I'll have them in SHN and/or FLAC to save space.

Esau
No problem my friend,I was downloading the embassy show last night, but with my FTP going I had to abort my download to speed up the others. I'm going to be shutting the FTP down as soon as a couple of folks who are close to being finished are done, then I'll be back on the Embassy show and should have it later today. I'd love to grab that Richie show, was that from the comfort zone? I was at that show but my girlfriend(at the time) and I were abit late and missed the opner and first song of Richie.I am currently getting another Richie show soon on a vine, from '02 I think. Also would like to get any of your guys shows if you have any choice ones, perhaps we could work a trade out or somthing? If not I have no problems with a B&P either. Not sure off hand which player you are,but I chilled with a bucnh of you guys at the Black Swan before Gov't Mule last Oct and was at the GD tribute at Rancho, sure we have met as I have seen ya'll many times. As well I used to work at PJC for about a year.(doorman) I'll shoot you an email when I get the Embassy show,I a, planning to grab the BNB & Fly fanastic and it would be awesome to complete the set with you guys if there is a recording out there. Cheers Greg
