I'm surprised at how many of you decide to submit to cheap ass Maxwell house branded coffee or even Tim Horton's. I've come to believe that coffee can not only wake you up, but you can also enjoy the fuck out of it. Maxwell house and Nabob doesn't even SMELL like coffee. yeesh. Bradm, Nabob....really? And you appreciate great beer and wine. I'm surprised. egad. omfg. rofl. jeebuz.

Just so y'all know, I went with my homemade strawberry jam. I didn't apply the peanut butter, but I might do that next time. I realize this could be anything so I'll leave it open for discussion.

I'm ruined. We came back from Costa Rica with a gigantic bag of coffee beans, and got a good grinder. Every weekend since, we've been making the most delicious Espresso. My coffee standards have gone way up. I don't even think that bridgehead or starbucks can match this shit. Ideal Coffee in Ottawa may be the only place that will keep me satisfied. What do you guys do for coffee? Tim Horton's answers will not be accepted.

why herb and spice for avocado? is the source something special? I know the last time I was there on wellington, they had both organic and non-organic varieties, but that was the only distinction. ottawa fruit and veg market in byward seems to have some good avocados too. Can we grow avocados here in the summer months? I would love to do that!
