  1. made in China: Meng Jia spent about two months to design and modify his normal bicycle into an “Olympic rings†version. He plans to ride it around Yinchuang, China, to welcome the Olympics.
  2. Kris Holm is taking the sport of unicycling to a new level. In this video, he can be seen unicycling at the very edges of a towering cliff, on guardrail of stairs and more. Hit play to watch.
  3. OINK? Why did you call it that? You got something agianst cops?
  4. LOL ... yup, nothing like a bunch of bumbling cops. I could just picture it
  5. OiNK Moderator Paine Speaks! http://dot-slash-csc.iblogger.org/oinkfaq.html

  9. Hah! You wish ... i'll end up with all of them ... then let the grovelling begin Just kidding. It would be great if we could ALL get them. One way or another, it's going to be one fun evening for everybody.
  10. Here's another shot ... no sucking involved http://www.nowtoronto.com/cgi-bin/EH/EventHandler.cgi?Actn=Entry_Form&Fnm=anidifranco&User_ID=contests and this http://www.nowtoronto.com/cgi-bin/EH/EventHandler.cgi?Actn=Entry_Form&Fnm=anidifrancoprizepack&User_ID=contests Good luck
  11. So, just in case you don't win these tix, there's always a chance you could win a pair here: http://www.nowtoronto.com/cgi-bin/EH/EventHandler.cgi?Actn=Entry_Form&Fnm=johnbutlertrio&User_ID=contests Just thought i'd try to give everyone at least one more shot at getting in free to see this fantastic band. Not to be missed
  12. Just got an email this evening with a code for the pair that I purchased through TicketBastard! Looks like Massey Hall is the only one that isn't doing it so far. In another thread, somebody mentioned that Massey Hall was "looking into it" though, so there still may be hope
  13. Yeah, we liked the Adam's Mark much better than the Hyatt (stayed there at least 4 or 5 times). Mind you, the Hyatt usually gets the bands and you can run into some of them while you're there . Were you down there with Bob during the storm (PoG)?
  14. I may have been grounded, if that counts as jail
  15. LOL ... priceline rocks. I just used it last week to get a room in Buffalo after the Phil show. $50 at the Adam's Mark was a pretty sweet deal. Have you ever used Hotwire?
  16. Maybe they've gone into different sorting bags with Canada Post. They may just all arrive on different days (or your local postal carrier likes Neil Young too )
  17. Is this to compete with http://betterbidding.com/ ?? I've always found it helpful. They teach you some of the "tricks" for getting multiple bids too.
  18. I'd have to go back and look at all my ticket stubs, but I must have seen a couple of shows there before the Dead in '87 ... i wanted to hit the Dead in '84 but couldn't make it happen
  19. I read the fine print. It says at the latest, they will be delivered 2 weeks prior to the event. That's common from many ticket agencies, yet they often arrive wayyy before that. Phorbsie, you should have received a code for every pair of tickets you ordered through MusicToday. Each one is good for a CD to be shipped to whatever address you choose (i surprised a couple of friends )
  20. Nuthing yet I don't know why there's such a delay from them, yet Massey and Tickbastard got 'em out right away.
  21. Man, I would love to see these pics in their full glory. They are absolutely beautiful. Check out the following link; http://www.younggalleryphoto.com/photography/brandt/brandt.html
  22. Didn't get to that show, but saw tons of shows at good old Kingswood. It made it so worthwhile to buy a season's pass and then tix were only $10-$12 each. Good times for sure (especially 6/30/87 )
  23. Shit ... you want my wife packing heat??? Now THAT'S dangerous!
  24. Zimmy ... did you really do this? I guess this is the follow up to the Victoria's Secret commercial (VS products are wayyyy hotter than a SUV)
