i haven't listened back... but as far as being in hampton and rating the shows from a strictly "live" experiencce.... friday by far.

no doubt that was by far the best concert experience of my entire life. todd, thank you for describing everything i felt perfectly. everything about the show was brilliantly thought out. from the venue to the setlist. it was just all so perfect. everyone inside worked there ass off and was incredibly lucky. nothing was taken for granted. the vibe inside that room was the most inspiring experience i have ever had the pleasure of being apart of. i am just at a loss for words. i have been so lucky to have developed a good taste in music so that i was able to truly appreciate how brilliant last night really was. everything in the past was an education and an opportunity to be wise enough to truly appreciate what happened. nothing is being taken for granted anymore...by the band and by the crowd. brilliance.

So tommorow around noon my 3 friends and I head out to make a trip we never thought would ever happen 4 years ago. This all feels strangely surreal. Am I really going to see phish on FRIDAY? I am kind of pinching myself. For all those making the trek, safe travels and savour the moments...this will truly be a unique experience that only Phish fans can even begin to understand. For all those who aren't as lucky, there is still joy to be had. No doubt, phish's return will breath some much needed light into this cherished scene of ours. and ofcourse, there is always summer. I'll be back with photos, videos and a review.

if any of you know of any small/medium sports and community events happening the GTA and golden horse shoe this spring and summer, can you please post it here.... i'd really apprieciate it. I am working on an community activation plan at work and just need some initial ideas. i'm trying to comprise as big a list as possible. soccer tournaments, community gatherings... anything that isn't major or "pro" but draws a decent amount of people. thanks so much.

last night I went to sneaky dee's to check out I AM A ROBOT AND PROUD (fantastic stuff, you guys should check him out) anyway, the place was crawling with stupid hipsters..the worst kind of breed there is. rude, elitist and boring. make me sick right to my stomach. anyway, I was amazed at the amount of stupid mustaches these guys were sporting. thin curly ones and everything. made me think "who the hell do you bastards think you are" stupid oversized vintage toques and goofy fucking mustaches. hipsters are pathetic.

1) pick up your skirt and grab your balls. 2) don't fly if money's and issue. 3) bonnaroo is not wookified at all. mostly filled with the best kind of music fan. ad 4) bonnaroo will destroy you.

I AM FUCKING PUMPED! seeing the following: all of hampton jones beach asheville bonnaroo i don't understand planning your trip around a baby...there will be plenty of babies to eat at bonnaroo.

i don't understand this hope that phish plays a late night slot. Phish should get two headlining slots with no one else playing. Bonnaroo late night only happens 2 nights out of the whole year. every year, it is pretty much the best two nights of my year. I see some of the best concerts those nights ever. the energy that centeroo has on friday/saturday night after midnight is intense. I don't understand why phish fans are hoping for a phish late night. all that would mean is you have to deal with tons of conflicts, and stay out of centeroo. Why not just get nice and primed from a conflict free phish headlinging show...and then walk right into centroo for the late night crazyness... in a perfect mindset no less. i just don't get it. just cuz its "late night" and you like to "rage" after midnight? i mean i get one aspect of it.... if phish gets late night, and there is a whole other latenight scene happening in centroo...the main stage will be filled with nothing but phish fans....which could be a cool vibe. but still. i hate conflicts. and this would definitely be a huge conflict. if phish gets late night, i'll be a bit upset. also, i was at kanye, and that field is kinda balls for late night .

holy shit. what a line up. and you know they still have somthing up their sleeves. they always do. with 4 bands that are headline material (BBB, NIN, BRUCE, and PHIH) and one of those bands playing two nights... i wonder what the scheduling will look like.
