  8. I am Co hosting with chris. I would not say rules. More when the music is playing listen. Don't ruin the listening experience. Very serious system in a small room. Will be great. 25 to get in. All money goes to Parkdale foodbank. Beer and food will be provided.

  10. Congrats who scored. I scored floor vip this morning. See tall there
  11. saw them in vegas in october. Nothing too memorable. And i am a fan of the old band. Perhaps i just had partying and phish on my mind the next night
  12. i went to peach last year. I got a hotel. Camping section looked cool. I brought my family last year. Lot's of hills. so it was tough going from one stage to the next but we got through it. I was just very tired at the end of the day. Sound and venue is great. People were awesome. And the pools are super nice . You can watch the show and be in the wave pool at the side stage. As far as parking and such. We stayed at a marriott in Scranton. I cabed it the first night when i got there cause i was drinking and didn't want to drive. The cab company charges a lot cause were the festival is it's out of there county. i think i paid about $60 bucks on way. The next day with family we parked at there pakring and took the shuttle bus. it's still a bit of a drive into scranton. So if your drinking i don't recommend driving yourself. Police presence was very heavy. Main stage has a grass area. It was very packed every night. But you could move around everyone was cool. I would recomment this fest forsure.
  13. Are you guys trying for GA in pit!!!

  16. Hello all, Charlie and the trio is back in ottawa for Winterjazz. Tickets now on sale. Great show here last time at 4th stage. https://etixnow.com/events/charlie-hunter-trio-featuring-curtis-fowlkes-and-bobby-previte/feb-6-2015/national-arts-centre-fourth-stage Featuring: Charlie Hunter- guitar Curtis Fowlkes- trombone Bobby Previte- drums With a career spanning nearly 20 years and almost 20 albums, Hunter consistently ups his game as an innovative writer and bandleader. He has worked with the likes of Norah Jones, Mos Def, John Mayer, D’Angelo and countless others. He is widely considered the authority on the seven and eight-string guitar, and continues to stun audiences with his ability to simultaneously bust out tasty bass parts, melodic leads and swinging rhythms. Hunter has previously recorded for the venerable Blue Note label, Concord, Ropeadope and others. His recent independent venture is steered by his motivation to release music that most inspires him. Critics have touted his genius technique, but it's his profound artistic sensibility that propels his original music. Hunter's signature style of writing and performing has secured his place as one of today's great guitarists. www.charliehunter.com
  17. I caught two very intimate shows in may at the henry miller library in big sur ca, of about 300 people per show in attendance in the middle of the redwoods which betty was at recording the shows. I am hoping she is making the vinyl for them now as we speak for the next record store day. Since those shows I have been wanting to hit another really bad. Hoping they come closer soon. Or I may have to make a few more road trips.

  25. Yes your right he did wait to start. he started 45 min later then he was suppose to. we were in line at 545 and we were not in until after 7. there was some very drunk people in front of us. that were hooting in hollering. one guy said play something we know. So embarrassing. Get your shit together people. Cat cleaverly through a few jabs at these people which was funny. I loved everything. Nyree loved it too. But Moodshawdow really struck a cord. When our baby was in the hospital for two weeks she sang it to him constantly to sooth him. So when cat played it really struck a cord for us. Great experience!!!
