  1. It takes a lot of focus to keep your shit together while trying to order a drink.
  2. BOOM! 2-0 already. Goals at the 7 minute and 21 minute mark. Mother fucker.
  3. The guy seems like he gets gassed just talking to the camera, I think I could take him if I focussed on my years of martial arts training and didn't panic.
  4. I'm in the "I don't think Matt Cooke is physically coordinated enough to intentionally cut Karlsson's achilles tendon in such a bang bang play" camp unless people are saying that Cooke was just trying to kick him in the back of the leg with his skate as he was going in for the hit and got lucky, in which case who knows, I don't think so but there's no way to prove it and it all happened pretty fast. When you're a notorious douchebag like Cooke questions will be asked when shit like this happens.
  5. I meant to come in here and go ballistic about the Blackburn match but my anger distracted me so I'll come in here now and moan about how Arsenal is about to lose at home, again, in 10 minutes (praying for a miracle).
  6. Shutouts against the Sens don't count, it's expected. Sigh. See above.
  7. Send Anderson into the kitchen to take care of some vegetable chopping and call it a season. Then have Alfred Morris get in a car crash and join RG3 in a wheelchair and call 2013 a wrap. Well, as Dinghy and I discussed last night, now is prime time to give the kids tons of minutes and........ yeah Im not really sure what the and part is. I think Im in the don't do anything rash frame of mind, not sure what trade would work or who you'd trade. Rough final season for Alfie.
  8. When that was going down I was totally hoping he'd die. Also Ollie, you're awesome.
  9. I don’t think you know what stream of consciousness means because if you did then you'd understand that you just confirmed what I've been trying to point out to you. Noun 1.A person's thoughts and conscious reactions to events, perceived as a continuous flow. 2.A literary style in which one's thoughts and feelings are depicted in a continuous and uninterrupted flow. This is what you posted (and I'm not trolling you, I’m legitimately trying to get you to understand) If that's your stream of consciousness then you’re happy another person is having serious back surgery, all in the name of a sport we watch for fun and that's classless. You never want to see someone seriously hurt. Knocked out of the game after a big hit, yeah, great hit, but never season ending serious surgery. You think anyone would be happy if Markov got hurt? Christ, I'd love to see that guy play a full season. Fans chanting and taunting a losing team isn’t classless, it's fandom at its best. Philly fans cheering when Micheal Irvin broke his back was classless. It's bizarre can't you differentiate all of this. Anyway, Im not saying Im bailing so you won't respond, I was just letting you know I don't have time to try and be funny and burn your ass.
  10. Yet here I am questioning your character and it's all in writing, let people judge for the themselves and I'll spare you the extreme embarrassment of linking up that riot thread. Just reread this when the tears have cleared from your eyes, other pointing out that you say a lot of stupid shit when it comes to hockey, and that's a fact, I've done nothing else. As far as last words go, it’s a message board, there's never a last word.
  11. That wind you are referring to is sound of reality swishing over your head. Look, Im bailing on work shortly so I'll be brief. No, you're not being nearly as classless as the time you commented on the rioters in Montreal, that was the absolute low point on this board, a board which has seen a lot of low points. I guess all I'm trying to say is that you bring the stupid and when you start you just don't seem to be able to stop. It amazes me, not in a good way, that’s it, no need to argue.
  12. Im glad you put this shit down in writing. I really am. If you equate the two then you're actually far more stupid than you come off on this board.
  13. Yet you demonstrate that you're a complete moron constantly. Smiley face? Thanks for proving my point. Disregarding your complete lack of class, that's a big kick in the nuts. Load up on the deer spray Spezzer!
  14. They could probably tell from the slow cadence of your voice and the trouble you had forming complete sentences that you were a Habs fan.

    Bluesfest 2013

Thanks, James Cotton was one of the greats I couldn't remember. Junior Wells was a memorable performance as well. For some reason I remember Koko Taylor but all the early Bluesfests have kind of blurred into one and she was probably another year.
  16. I find busing out of there to be a breeze, just don't dick around at the end of the game and you're fine and the buses go straight to your area, no stops in between. Busing there is often a pain in the ass because I catch it so late in the line that sometimes it's full and they don't pull over for you.
  17. Was that more of a valet issue? We had a limousine for Roger Waters and the valet service was a disaster, I was completely mangled and couldn't give a crap and time was meaningless but Velvet had to put in a serious effort to make sure we got our limo.

    Bluesfest 2013

That 97 Bluesfest was truly a classic. A few other greats played that as well but Luther Allison's performance is firmly etched in my mind. And Bluesfest was soooooo laid back then, I remember bringing in milk crates with Weirdness and running his taping rig in them and no one gave a crap.

    Bluesfest 2013

Maybe because the makers of those lists acknowledge guitarists such as Prince stand on the shoulders of those that went before them. BB King isn't really too exciting for me but other people will be pleased. If Bluesfest will let you break up your pass into individual tickets this year then that would be an easy sell night.
  20. We had a saying that it wasn't a proper Barrymore's show unless one of us got tossed. That said, the person that got tossed was usually destroyed. Yeah, that made me snicker.
  21. It's amazing that Pollard claimed yet another Patriot scalp. Kudos to the Ravens, they played hard.
  22. All the top seeds hold serve except for the Ponies; The GoldenBoy lights it up; two legendary games. Yeah I can live with that.
  23. What a game! This GB vs SF game isn't too shabby either.
  24. Bobby Loooooooooooooooooooo!
