Any idea what time of day it starts? I wanna try watching the whole thing.

Holy wow.
-
Just grabbed a pair of cheap seats for Ottawa $63 a ticket all in.

Awesome that Monkeyjunk has been nominated, they've been working a lot lately and have some great momentum going.
Also nice tro see Stretch Orchestra in there.

I hereby give Bradm a standing ovation for coming to almost every gig we played, and for taping most of them taboot. Every week he'd hand me a copy of the previous week's show and usually even another show that he had taped that week.
I haven't listened to them all, but they are excellent learning tools and when I can't get together with Doug I use the cd's Bradm gave me to practise along with.
Cheers to you Bradm, thanks for all you do. Clap clap clap (I'm standing up).
Also thanks to lots of y'all out there for coming out and supporting us, some of you were even kind enough to come several times. Thanks all, you helped us play better and you helped the bar like us more.
Tonight was tons of fun, I think the best we've done overall. We have our fingers crossed that Steve Marriner will get busy and have to go back out on the road so we can take his spot again.
Monkeyjunk just got nominated for a Juno today, so hopefully they'll win and go on an endless tour!

As far as we know, tonight is the last one ever.
Hope to see some of you tonight, we start at 9:30.

Sold off my family to the jackals' date=' bought a boat to float the flood
I'm an island in a river of burning bodies, sh!t and blood
Abnormalities and sickness, disgusting and perverse
And the sinking feeling things are only going to get worse
I lie to myself, it helps to keep me entertained
I don't care, it doesn't matter
I made it through this judgement day[/quote']
Aloha,
Brad
I think it was tough to be a John Henry.

Oh right...it's Ryan Adams you guys are into.
My bad.

Members of Monty Python’s Flying Circus are reuniting for another film.
The movie “Absolutely Anything†will be a science fiction farce that includes both live action and CGI.
Terry Jones told Variety that he would be directing the film, adding that while it is not a Monty Python film it will have the same sensibility.
John Cleese, Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin are also reported to be on board with the project.
They plan to begin filming in the U.K. in the spring.
The last time the surviving five members performed together was at the Aspen Comedy Festival in 1998.
-
Umm...okay, I guess.
So, yeah, The Stanley Cup.
-
8th row centre floors in O-town! Thanks Christine! Anyone else going to the Ottawa show?
You're going to have a great time. Sadly I'll be missing this one.
-
I really hope that's a strong indication of who's coming to Ottawa Jazz Fest.
-
Totally cool.
Nice avatar too.
-
Happy Birthday young'un.

Thanks for playing some more music when we showed up last night after Mofro. It was a great way to cap off the night.
Aloha,
Brad
No problem! That was lots of fun and we would have kept right on going had Doug not started to lose his voice. As it was the music went almost until 2am (we usually end around midnight). Nice that Mofro was there to hear us as well.
The sit-ins were awesome. Bibbs and I did three tunes together, Ben and Angie from Bluestone played a couple of songs from their upcoming album, Alan Marsden just absolutely floored the room with a nylon string extravaganza, Brendan Alistone did some some songs with Kurt Walther (who played with almost everybody), Paulie from the Dusty Drifters played with his old roommate Luke (who plays guitar with Jesse Greene), and even guitar repair guy extraordinaire Brian Doubledam played a few tunes, including a clever reworking of Keep On Rockin' Me Baby by Steve Miller.
It was a really special night of music, it's a shame Bradm didn't record this one (smiley).
Two more Tuesdays.

It usually starts at 9:30
Yup, we start at 9:30.

Burger King has changed their french fry recipe.
This Friday (get it?) January 27th they are giving a free order of fries to all customers. No purchase necessary, highway and movie theatre locations excepted.
-
Nah, didn't really want to know. Just wanted to see if I could trick you into being gauche on a public forum.
All new huh? Risque.
-
I picked up the following:
Rush - Moving Pictures Live
The Stooges - The Electric Circus
Black Flag - Everything Went Black
John Coltrane and Don Cherry - The Avant Garde
John Coltrane Quartet - Crescent
Cathedral - The Guessing Game
La Otracina - Reality Has Got To Die
Chrome - Third From The Sun
Just curious; what did you pay for those eight records, and were they new, used, or a mix?

I wish I went to Bonnaroo before it was mainstream.
