on Wednesday nights in April.

If you really want to be "chillin' in Ottawa", you should
be here today. 25cm snow expected, -13 right now but -24 with windchill.

I, for one, hope for the return of Hux to this board. I miss the Bobby-bashing.

I've never disagreed with Bill Maher. Too bad the religious freaks are going to burn a cross on his forehead (figuratively speaking, of course!)

I'll be in Tampa in March and I found out that there
will be a Bluesfest while I'm there with Little Feat playing! Woohoo! Anyway, browsing the tampa bluesfest site, I came upon this in the "Rules and FAQs" section:
"Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome but please set them up away from the stage, since our bands bring those fans to their feet, dancing."
Amen to that!

Would you like to see the pope on the end of a rope?
Do you think he's a fool?

[color:"purple"]Thankfully, the U.S. will be implementing their missile defense shield in the near future. When a "rogue state" such as N. Korea launches their missiles, they will be intercepted by U.S. missiles, exploding harmlessly over Canada.

20 years ago I lived in the apartment upstairs from Direinzo's.
Geez, how much were the sandwiches then? 15 cents?
Ha! They didn't even sell them! Back then, the store was struggling to keep in business. I remember Paul (the owner, the guy who still runs the place) complaining that all the big stores got price breaks from their suppliers while the mom and pop shops were going out of business. (The numerous packs of zig-zag papers my college roomates and I bought was not enough to keep them afloat!) Since they started selling the sandwiches, they've sure been doing a booming business.

Ollie and I just went to Dirienzo's.....

So I was in the barber's chair the other day (same barber shop where our Charter equality rights defending Prime Minister gets his hair cut by the way
That explains the your bad haircut!

I'm just saying that no-one really seems to think about R&D costs for anything...
It probably took 20 minutes to write and test the code to print your own ticket!

Are these guys brothers? ::

Yeah, I loved it when Ken said he punched the mayor of Calgary in the teeth.... just wish he would do the same to the current premier of Alberta!

I remember last year when I went of the REO speedwagon cruise. Man was it good. My mom got loaded on peach snapps and made out with Larry Gowan, who was filling in as lead. singer for Styx.
for more of the cruise:
I checked out that website and didn't see any pictures of your mom making out with Gowan. Disappointing.
Fri. March 11, at Irene's. Smoke Out!

"It's a two band thrill for a 5 dollar bill"
I love saying that.
The fun gets under way at about 9:30 with No Buds For Bob. We'll be playing a mix of originals and cover tunes. Our songs have a definite hippie feel to them and should be a fun time. Mandrake root is a rockin' band made up of former members of Sabbath-tribute band "ChickenHead".
