I'm sure lots of folks are headed to moe. tomorrow in Ottawa and the Thursday freebie in Buffalo. We're headed to the Saranac Brewery show on Friday. Always a phun place to see a show As well- Gordon Stone and Al and the Transamericans play a post show at the Electric Co.

Not sure if any folks are headed out to the Bay area for SCI later this month? Anyways- some Ryan Adams tickets have just been released for the sold out July 23rd show at the Herbst Theatre. Check tickemaster SOON! if interested. Cheers

Good Luck with the tix! We opted for the Berkeley shows instead for our final SCI shows. Should be phun- Bisco and STS9 open nite one- and Hot Buttered Rum String Band and Railroad Earth open nite two.

For fans of Apricot wheat/fruit beers such as Magic Hat #9 or St.Ambroise Apricot Wheat Ale- definitely try Pyramid Apricot Weizen! We picked some up last week in the states... great stuff.

We stayed at Art Devlins last year...(reasonably priced if I remember correctly). It's walking distance to the Rink as well as the after-party shows. They had a free shuttle along the main street running to/from Whiteface that stops in front of the hotel. Don't forget to grab a couple growlers at the Lake Placid Pub and Brewery! Looks like some of the North East dates including Buffalo have been cancelled(to be made up later) It would be great to see a show north of the border.

Additional bands will perform with moe. as well as at other venues throughout the weekend, including afternoons in the base lodge at Whiteface. This year's lineup includes: performances by The Disco Biscuits, Little Feat, Brazilian Girls, The Slip, Tea Leaf Green, Vorcza, Brother's Past, Moonboot Lover's Peter Prince, Sam Kininger Band, Gordon Stone Band, and The Brew. Late night shows will feature Brother's Past, Lucy Vincent, and the return of Gratefully Deadicated Sound System with more to come.
