    I agree with both of those. I hate watching scrum games.

    Pretty terrible officiating (both ways) and the ice looked bad (puck bobbling everywhere, no clean passes), but the biggest story has to be how invisible Speeza and Alfie were tonight. The rest of the team played well, shame they got nothing to show for it.

    I love the 7:00, 7:30 staggered start times. I don't know why they don't force the teams/arenas to do that every night?

    Depends if we're talking about a 4th line or 2nd line role. If they're bumping Foligno up to the 2nd line, Shannon ain't the guy to be playing 7 minutes with Winchester and Smith.

    Ryan Shannon Shean Donovan Cheechoo That's it for guys with NHL experience. I would probably go with Cheech myself. His speed and hands are dunzo, but he's still effective as a 4th line hard work guy.

    They take the fall because it's a new owner coming in. And because Lawton is amateur-hour. Edit to add: Tocchet should re-surface somewhere, no problem. Look what Stamkos and Downie have become under him. Calgary, Edmonton and NYR should be next on the list for house cleanings.
