you keep saying that, Jaimoe. We understand your point. But, you dont seem to understand the very real financial and logistical limitations inherent in so many of these sorts of cases. are YOU willing to put YOUR money where your mouth is and cough up the extra few millions of dollars necessary to rebuild historically each and every time? of course I'd like to save old buildings whenever feasible, but personally, I can think of a few hundred other things I'd rather spend tax money on.

would you classify this particular project as "redevelopment", jaimoe? i would not. i would classify it as a homeowner removing an unusable building on his property.
