I caught the last bit of Glen Healy on OTR last night and he was saying Mats would waive his no trade clause only because he would feel that the team is turning their back on him. Whats the deal with that? Wouldnt Mats gladly accept a trade to a contender then come back next year with the new faces? I dont see why trading him would be an issue at all.

Kev, the rules of life dont always apply to the rules on the ice(or field, or court etc...written and unwritten). Trying to find consistency in the two will just make your head spin. A habs beer mug eh? Id like one of those too to add to my collection. Last Christmas I got a habs coffee mug - honestly the coolest mug ever - its the habs colours with a giant hockey puck on the side. When you fill it up with hot water the habs logo appears in the middle of the puck. Absolutely brilliant!

Anyone get anything sports related for X-mas? I got NCAA baseball for the PS2 and NHL 08. The baseball is fun as shit, but the hockey game seems a tad uninspired. Im assuming cuz its for the Ps2 and they just dont care anymore.
