  2. I work at a so called "mom & pop" indie music store here in Ottawa (Lauzon Music), and we are constantly adjusting our prices to reflect the dollar. Not just recently with it's surge, but regularly over the past couple of years. Many items have come down a substantial amount recently. I find it amusing that we've been lowering our prices all along, and people are just now beginning to ask about the dollars effect on them.
  3. If you didn't get a Plaskett ticket, fret not. There will still be plenty of rockin' tunes going down this Friday at Dekcuf! Some good roots rock/alt-country fer yr blood! 4. Their latest release has 3 songs with vocals. Really well done, I think. I've only seen them sing/chant live since that record came out, so twice now. It's nice to see an instrumental band incorporate vocals in the same manner they would any other instrument.
