  1. All I can say is WOW! After missing an episode last season I quarantined myself from the show and anxiously awaited the DVD release. Had quite the marathon last weekend and am now 4 episodes away from the finale, just in time for the season 2 premiere on Monday. This show is absolutely fantastic. I am not a Sci-Fi guy at all, but this show is just so engrossing. I would have to rank the first season as one of the all-time best first seasons of any TV show. If you somehow missed it, do yourself a favour and grab the DVDs. As a sidenote, I have to say that I enjoy watching series television on DVD SO MUCH more than on TV. As they say, the waiting is the hardest part, but when you have the DVDs the next episode is always waiting.
  2. Yep, you have to register again with the Canadian link.
  3. Word to the wise - when the public sale happens, don't bother with TicketMaster. They get a miniscule amount of tickets for Massey shows. Buy from MasseyHall.com for the best chance at tickets or call them directly (if you can get through) at 416-872-4255.
  4. Friends of Massey Hall. Looks like I can only buy 2 tickets Corey.
  5. Zilch. Grrr. Hoping a second show gets released.
  6. Keep in mind that there is an open date on his schedule the day after the first Toronto show. I won't be surprised if a second show goes on sale the moment the first sells out.
  7. A lot of people swear by Henry's, but they may be pricey.
  8. Clearly he was searching for the real killer. He's gonna have to break a few laws in his pursuit of justice.
  9. I have a Civic Hybrid. I love it but obviously you do not get the mileage they advertise. I average just over 700km for a 35L fill-up. The Prius gets better mileage, and the fact that the rear seat folds down and it is a hatchback gives you much more space. Email me if you have any more questions, and check http://greenhybrid.com for lots of articles.
  10. Do you have a link? I don't see it listed there.
  11. All I can say is that I, for one, appreciated this being posted in the Cavern. I do not browse the other forums often (which seems to be the case for many here), so I likely would have never seen it. We do not have such an overwhelming volume on this board that we need subforums to keep up. That being said William, I absolutely agree that those who enforce the "rules" of the skank should certainly be able to follow them. Sounds like maybe this thread should be in the politics forum.
  12. I understand a Politics forum, to discuss politics, and a Sports forum, to discuss sports, etc... But a YouTube forum? What if you have a YouTube video of a Politics or Sports issue?
  13. William, I was being sarcastic. The other forums are so seldomly used that I laugh when people nitpick. This thread was about moe references, yet because there is a YouTube link it doesn't belong here? Why does that bother you?
  14. 7 minutes after you asked about how many tickets you can buy I replied stating that it does not guarantee you can get tickets. I certainly did not want to mislead anyone. I am quite certain the membership is non-transferable, but you can always buy tickets for people on the Scank and charge them a Friend fee.
  15. You were forewarned. As I said, you will not regret becoming a Friend. A year of great shows.
  16. c-towns. Step away from that computer - don't even look at it. It is clearly upset with you, and is starting to devise evil ways to make your life hell. It started with something trivial, like screwing with your GMail, but most computer experts see web-email-trickery as a gateway act to more serious attacks.
  17. Why not have a charity poker tournament?
  18. The link for Massey Hall on page one will have the info as soon as it is released.
  19. Seeing The Eagles at the ACC for $230 is expensive. Seeing Neil Young at Massey Hall is priceless, and the bargain of the century at $160.
  20. Neil Young in a 2400 seat venue. You do the math. Ain't gonna be $45.
