  1. Okay finally got pav seats for night 2 at MPP, still only seeing lawns for night 1.
  2. Got Jones Beach tickets for the Tuesday show for my brother's buddy. Now for this TicketFly shit for MPP. Ugh.
  3. You misspelled "improves" in your post title.
  4. Just got me email - only put in for Greek and Telluride - denied. Now to score reserved seats for Finger Lakes, Merriweather Post x 2 and Cuyahoga Falls this weekend. ::gulp::
  5. Congrats! Glad to hear all is well.
  6. That game was a kick in the teeth.
  7. So it looks like the Dave Matthews 3D movie (made by the same company) did indeed show in Toronto. This gives me some hope.
  8. Just a reminder for those interested in entering the Phish ticket lottery - the lottery closes just before midnight tonight.
  9. Future Shop has a tendency of catching these errors then canceling previously placed orders that had yet to ship. Just sayin', until you see the item shipped, be prepared for the disappointment.
  10. I'm not optimistic about that. This is the same company that did a DMB 3D movie last year (I think) and I don't know that that played in Toronto.
  11. The Phish 3D concert film which captures the band’s performance at Festival 8, will open on Friday, April 30. The movie is scheduled for an exclusive one week run at a variety of theatres nationwide. However on April 20, special advance preview screenings will be shown in nine cities across the country, from Massachusetts to California. Folks who attend these screenings also will receive a special Phish 3D movie poster. Tickets for these screenings will go on sale tomorrow, with the details available soon at www.phish3dmovie.com. 12. Seriously. Everything was going so well in that light stretch of the schedule, then Bosh gets injured and it goes off the rails. They'll probably make the playoffs, but big fucking deal, they're not going to do anything there.
  13. Let's see. She got paid^, made news and didn't even have to speak? Ottawa = pwn'd ^ An assumption of mine.
  14. Autistic teen from Chicago is 48 for 48.
  15. Sounds more like a public service announcement than an ad. You really shouldn't have to pay for that.
  16. Jay Lane Quits Furthur, Joins Primus Big news in Deadhead land today: Jay Lane will abandon Furthur after just a short 6 months to re-join Primus (Lane was a founding member). While the news hasn’t been officially announced yet, Phil himself confirmed it on the PhilZone today, stating that: “Over the past year, both Jill and I have come to know and love Jay for the great guy that he is. At the end of our tour he rode back on Bob’s bus and informed Bob that he had an opportunity to play drums with Primus. He and Bob discussed it, and they decided that the logical time to make the change would be after the birthday show. I only found out about this the day before the show; as their relationship goes back a long way, I told them both then that I support any decision they might make. I will miss Jay’s enthusiasm and ebullience; he’s a great guy to hang and play music with.†In response to whether or not Lane would be replaced Lesh said that both him and Bob feel it is best to continue on with Joe Russo solo on drums at this time. More to come as this story develops and formal announcements are made.
  17. Anyone here have any info on Merriweather Post? We are pondering the idea of heading from Furthur in Rochester to DC for those shows, then catching Finger Lakes on the way home.
  18. Figured someone would be interested in this. Livenation.com A Live Nation Concert Cypress Hill * 19+ * Monday * 04/12/10 * at 9:00 PM The Mod Club Theatre Toronto, ON Public Onsale 3/19 at 10:00 a.m. EDT Presales * Live Nation PresaleOn Sale 3/18/2010 10:00 AM EDT
  19. According to various sources the capacity is 15k, with 5k reserved, 10k on the lawn.
  20. Yeah, I'm not sure about going for ANYTHING in the lottery other than the Greek Theatre shows. I would like to go to Cuyahoga Falls (Saturday night, 4.5 hour drive) for sure. The Finger Lakes show (which is just an AWESOME little shed) is on a Tuesday night and would require 2 vacation days, and conflicts with the Hiatt and Helm show at Massey Hall. SPAC is a thought, but I really don't want to be stuck on that shitty lawn. Sad to say that by the time this tour wraps up, it will be more than a decade since Phish last graced this country with a performance.
  21. Yeah, I booked a room in Cuyahoga Falls, Saratoga and Finger Lakes, but man, those shows at the Greek look verrrrrrrrrry tempting.
  22. Well that would make more sense than the Arkansas shows.
