You also have what you need for a tomato sauce. or 2) make a dough, prep some ingredients and make specialty perogies! Fillings can be anything. You could sautee some spinach, onions and smashed black beans for one. One could be savory, with pears, apples and cream cheese. Top them with a coconut milk reduction, or a pineapple sauce. Next kind could be mushrooms, old cheddar and green onions. Whatever. Only thing is this approach will take much time.
