Heavy dub breaks included. About Peter Tosh: Peter Tosh (October 19, 1944 – September 11, 1987) was the guitarist in the original Wailing Wailers, a pioneer reggae musician, and a trailblazer for the Rastafari movement. After an illustrious career with the Wailers and as a solo musician, his life was cut short when he was brutally murdered at his home. Though robbery was officially said to be the motivation behind Tosh's death, many believe that there were ulterior motives to the killing, citing that nothing was taken from the house. We also have a new myspace we're working on. Check it out in the future for upcoming shows and such. Still working out a few bugs but it does the trick for now. MySpace.Com/RiddimRiders
  2. I’ve never been. Always wanted to go. It looks pretty old. Is it designated as a historical landmark or heritage site, anything like that?
  3. i can't decide which show to go to.
  4. funny I know but important nonetheless - The Kyoto Protocol Implementation Act legally requires the government to produce a plan that meets Canada's greenhouse gas emissions targets. Prime Minister Harper hasn’t even tried. The federal courts can force the government to comply with the law, but crucial and legally admissible public consultation process ends TOMORROW, September 20th, and almost no comments have been received! Avaaz members are stepping in at the last hour to create a massive public outcry, by faxing open letters to Environment Canada who will have to submit them in court. If there are no comments, the government will claim in court that the public supports its illegal position. We have just 24 hours to make our voice heard - Please sign the letter at the link, below: http://www.avaaz.org/en/canadian_climate_crime/tf.php
  5. I signed it yesterday and this was sent to me a few minutes ago. Please pass it along. Dear friends, WOW. In less than 24 hours over 16,000 of us have sent concerned messages to Environment Canada on the government's illegal plan to violate the Kyoto Protocol. The official consultation process has gone overnight from a non-event to one of the largest bill-consultations in Canadian history! The federal courts are sure to notice this one. We have just 5 hours left before the deadline, but our advisors at Climate Action Network Canada say that if this response keeps up, Environment Minister Baird might have to accept comments received even after the deadline - please tell everyone you know, and let's try to hit 20,000 letters sent by the end of today! Here's a link to our tell-a-friend tool which has a draft email you can pass on: http://www.avaaz.org/en/canadian_climate_crime/#tellafriend/ Thanks for being so incredible, Ricken Patel and the rest of the Avaaz Team
  6. so the gala event wasn't instrumental only? How much of what would you say they did?
  7. I guess i'm getting used to expensive tickets because that sounds like a deal to me. If I had money, which a lot of people do, I'd gladly pay $300+ to see Young in Massey Hall.
  8. Compared to dates south of the border shouldn't tickets be in the $80-160 range. I haven't looked at the capacities of the venues but some sound similar to Massey Hall.
  9. I'm happy with what I've seen but does anyone else think the new season is/was off to a slow start?
  10. I saw that as well. They seemed very comfortable with each other, in a buddy kind of way. New episode tonight ... can't wait
  11. I never said anything about her dancing, and never put the two together when I thought about it, although if she was as high as she looked it would definitely effect her dancing, stilettos or not. I was thinking more so the glazed over look in her eyes and the way she carried herself. Pretty sure she was high, and not on the weed and margaritas.
  12. Although i thought the pics look okay when I watch the video it looks to me like she's high, really high
  13. What an amazing guy. He’ll be missed by many. RIP
  14. I’m interested in anything to do with the music industry, I don’t care who it is. Disaster or not.
  15. I totally agree and personally think she looks great.
  16. I don;t think it's her fault. I feel sorry for her. Perfect example of how shady the industry can be. The people around her knew she wasn't ready but they don't give a fuck about her.
  17. Wonder what the deal is with Ticketmaster selling the first night in Denver for $64.00 - $104.00, and second night only $8.00. Must be a mistake.
