  1. chewie, be sure to check the CANADIAN music now site, not the american one.
  2. ahhh, i see...."various sexual positions".... sounds like someone likes it in the pooper.
  3. good luck man....a fantastic company to work for!
  4. folks can tell you anything you want - doesn't mean you have to listen. and that close (3-4 people from the front), your right, you cant "get down"....
  5. i thought the performance sounded like the white stripes.... i watched it on tv.
  6. i thought someone just landed a job with research in motion.....
  7. i was going to do the floor thing, but i dont think i could get to london in time to line up in order to get a good location up front.... but thats the place to be if you can get within the first 3 or 4 people from the front!
  8. picked up a single to London. 2nd row, section 104. WOOHOO!
  9. presales tomorrow...wow....thats soon!
  10. thanks for posting that...i really enjoyed watching that little man.
  11. will see either when (and if) they cross the border... not worth the hassle to see either right now.... (that being said, i didn't see my first show 'till '99, so i'm not a "long time" head)
  12. i just checked my stub from Alpine Valley "The Dead" reunion show....price was less than half what they are charging now. all seats were same price.
  13. shawnald.... the guy who was walking in the poo at frontier town. its amazing he is still alive.
  14. used to have a login with a positive ratio...seems they deleted my login since the Neil Massey Hall run (last time i downloaded a music show). how do u get back on? invite? (anyone have one)? or is there a more modern site for downloading recently played shows? (i know i was able to get all 3 massey hall shows from dimeadozen)
  15. but has neil had a two night in a row show? twice in the past, once with CSNY and once with the Horse doing Greendale he played toronto two nights in a row. Both times the shows were varied, albiet slightly.
  16. thats funny. nels is the member in the band i wanted to see the most, and while watching, i thought he was the weakest player....very much a neil young knock-off (in the way he used his distortion, without the use of pedals, rather the use of the amp itself). oh well, i'll pay more attention tonight. we'll be there for their whole set again, and i'll giv'em another fair shot.
  17. which guitarist in the band was nels? the guy who was sick? the guy stage right that does the crazy distortion? i know him from his jazz background and kinda expected something different from him...in the end they didn't announce the band members, so i didn't even know which one was him.
  18. oh, and sea of change i liked. quite a bit. Just singing a song was good too. When worlds collide was probably the weaker of the new ones...but i'm sure it'll grow on me. I wasn't a huge fan of Spirit Road, but now that i've seen it live a few times, i find myself really liking it.... but as said, all his new songs, the four of them, really have a similar message. i'm sure the album that they'll be part of will be another emotional album with a strong message. of course, none of his new material grabbed me like the Greendale series of songs did....
  19. dont know. but probably. tonight they'll likely change up a song or two...if no, it'll still be fantastic!
