i think it was the game against haiti- onstad got clocked and being the goaler they stopped the match rather than sending him to the touchline for treatment. this lasted a good 5 minutes then there was another injury later on for 2 minutes plus all the substitutions which should have amounted to a good 8 miutes injury time. The actual amount? 2 minutes!

I just checked the Bell site to see what's what and they seem to be showing it live on Sportsnet Pacific and possibly sportsnet East Description of the show: Gold Cup: Canada vs. United States. Start Time: 06:00 PM EST End Time: 08:00 PM EST

i would guess that, were it on live at 6:00 then there would be even less people watching due to their commute home. especially in TO but yes the tournament seems to have been scheduled by a bunch of morons. Having to limit extra time due to tight scheduling? an abomination and embarrassment

yes it does look like a 1 hour tape delay for both GOL and Sportsnet (i think i'll check it out at 6:00 just to be sure)
