djmelbatoast
ALO, Roses and Clover I don't think this album is as good as Fly Between Falls. It is more consistent as it doesn't have any truely bad songs that are totally hippy-dippy like the last album (BBQ). At the same time though it's a really toned down album from the first. Very mellow, I suspect that is Brushfire trying to shape them into the same bland radio-friendly kind of Jack Johnson band. Still a decent album though and I'm looking forward to seeing them play at the end of July in Victoria. Edited June 15, 2007 by Guest

I have "Out To Lunch" and like it a lot, but (aside from his work with Coltrane and Oliver Nelson's "The Blues And The Abstract Truth") don't have anything else by him.Aloha,Brad
