So, things have slowed down a little bit as expected, but over the past couple weeks we managed to get the windows and most of the doors installed; couple updates in the blog with some pics. Now ready for tyvek and siding, and I have been trying to get the basement ready for infloor heat pipe and concrete. All in good time! The picture labeled "home theatre" is gonna be my little pleasure palace, hehehe.... big screen TV(hooked up to the computer of course), surround sound, my signed Lafleur stick on the wall, Lazlo in a gimp suit in the closet...uh, did I say that out loud?

Now don't get me wrong, we are incredibly lucky to be getting things done as cheap as we are, my Dad gave us the lot and the family business here is construction and building supplies...but it still blows me away that we'll have a mortgage that will be considerably less than what I paid for rent in Toronto and a house with everything we want in it.
