David Lauzon has a website!

While checking out the jambase Ottawa listing, I noticed the March 31 show listed under David Lauzon. It turns out he has his own website, too:

http://www.sonicbids.com/epk/epk.asp?epk_id=59804

It says a solo debut album is due out fall, 2006. My calendar's marked. :) (It also says he plays "Chinese Guzheng", so I'm now even more intrigued for the end of the month...)

Aloha,

BRAD (Been Reading About David)

Is Dave involved in that site? The reason I ask is that it looks like they got nero.'s debut album named wrong. Wasn't it called "Is it Morning" instead of "Is it Morning yet?" as noted on the site.

(I'm sure Dave wouldn't have gotten that wrong himself.)

Then again, maybe I'm wrong?

I can't exactly remember, but I think that the cover of the CD has it as "is it morning?", while the inner notes have it as "is it morning yet?". I can't remember if the title track is "is it morning?" or "is it morning yet?".

I'm still waiting for "is it lunchtime?".

Aloha,

Brad

That is just a wonderful site.

I think if the world could use the internet in a postive way, such as that site, instead on promoting sodomy and other acts of pornography, the world would be a better place for all to enjoy and live in.

I have emailed my MP in regards to providing Christian based internet access to schools at a low cost. Any positive message that our young minds can be exposed to the better.

Had Jesus had the internet way back then, just think of how his message of hope, could have been received by those that worship pagan gods. But then again, if Jesus was the only one with the internet, it wouldn't matter. WOULD IT.

That's why it's so important that schools have access today to his message of love and hope.

I was asked once by a person at a Christian Internet Provider conference in Grand Rapids, "if God is the great creator why didn't he give us the internet earlier" Well the answer is simple. He had to wait until humankind developed electricity and telephone lines. That as God gave us his first son to show us the way, he also gave us the internet to reward us for developing the microchip.

It's a give and take relationship.

Album title: 'Is It Morning?'

Track one: 'Is It Morning Yet?' (CD back)

liner notes :

"Thank you for purchasing "Is It Morning?"....."

My guess is that it's the track list on the back that has the typo, given that the front cover, spine, inner track list, and liner notes all use "is it morning?" while only the track list on the back has the "yet". (Is this a new high [low?] in nero geekery?)

If it comes down to it, we can just duel it out: Echoplexes at 10 paces. I claim PEIPunk as my second. ;)

Aloha,

Brad

BRAD (Been Reading About David)

Hey there bradm -- thanks for finding this and sharing it with us.

A CD in the fall? My birthday's in October -- now I know what I'm gonna ask for!

By the way, "Autograph" has become one of those tracks I can just listen to over and over and over again, and always find something new in it to love each time. Thanks Dave! And thanks again bradm!
