bradm
One place to look ishttp://www.canadianisp.com/which has side-by-side info on ISPs.I've been using MyCybernet (via ADSL) in Ottawa, and they also serve Toronto. I haven't had any problems with BT.Aloha,Brad

CyberHippie
I'm not sure what sort of recent developments have occurred on the rogers networks. But a while back they started filtering out BT traffic. There were a couple of ways to get around this, like directing all BT traffic through a different port, 1720 (their VOIP port). Also the BT software uTorrent, with decryption did a good job of slipping past.If you go to dslreports.com there is a rogers section, and how to get torrents working is always the topic of the day. Where there is a will there is a way...All that being said, I'd better try again myself, haven't done any BT'ing in a couple weeks.
