whiteymuseum
as much as Simply Saucer would be outstanding for this, given the history. They'll open for no one but Syd Barrett in the hometown of Hamilton.

Rossolee
It may not have been the original guitar player. I seem to recall having a Relix from the early nineties with an interview from a lead guitar player from that group, which told a sad tale of drug abuse, institutionalization and a chronic pattern of continued similarity. Sounds like Skip Spence from Moby Grape.
whiteymuseum
opening acts are confirmed:MONGRELS (ex-members of Tricky Woo, Bionic, Local Rabbits)Listen here: http://www.myspace.com/mongrelsmtland the revival of seminal proto-punks, CHRISTMAS!Someone suggested Simply Saucer, which would've been cool, but Christmas are another psych band from that era that were right along the same lines. 'Cept they were a bit heavier, and fuzzier imho.
