Open flashget and Edit>Paste URL, choose a save folder. paste the following individually for each download job (you may have to right click>copy address for these links, they seem to get truncated in the posts):

Open Flashget, Edit>Paste URL, choose a save folder.

Thisis KEY, delete some of the sections of the link before starting the job, i.e.:

javascript:codSpawn('http://www.cbc.ca/radio2/media/20070406rheos/01.asx','Rheostatics%20at%20Massey%20Hall','[applause]');

...becomes...

They are WMA's, 128 kbps, best we can hope for for now I suppose!

Good luck!

Here's the Rheostatics Live website version, I haven't heard it yet, it's an audience mic.

From the site...

"First and last songs are Clipped, and several acoustic off stage songs at the end are missing. Sorry! The quality is a little hollow. It's one of my first shows recording from a mic rather then a sound board. Recorded using an Archos AV320 with an ECM-MS907 Sony Mic."

Y'all know about this site? The guy who made it also made one for the Bourbon Tabernacle Choir, where you can DL all their records and a bunch of live shows.

...and one for Thomas Trio and The Red Albino...

I'm just listening to that Q107 Bourbon performance.

The only way I know them was from seeing them in the late '80s at a Battle of the Bands, when they were still in high school. I don't think I ever really paid any attention to them after that. I heard their name around, but I don't think I ever saw them again or listened to them or anything.

This is pretty cool.

i took the show poster in to be plaqued too.

this was a very good rheo's week. ya know, other than the fact that they died.
