phishtaper
moi aussi. i think/hope the electorate is saavy enough to appreciate the difference between positive and negative ads and what they say about those who use them.
SmoothedShredder
Yup. Someones gotta tell the population shits going to change. Might as well be Dion. We need Kyoto, and we need it now. Seriously. A cup of gas: $0.20, a cup of Starbucks $4.00... that's fucked. We should all be ashamed.
Kanada Kev
I've always loved the comparison of the price of gas to that of other common liquids. The WORST ... gas vs. bottled water. The biggest SCAM going out there right now. People bitch about paying $1 per liter ... yet look at what they'll pay for bottled tap water!!!!! Dr_Evil_Mouse
Very tasteful ad, and very important message. I hope this sets the tone for the next election. It won't, of course, but I still hope.

MK
Very classy stuff with better production values than anything the Conservatives have put out over the last two campaigns. I doubt it will have much effect on the electorate right now though. Harper owns Dion's image at this point and just showing Dion in motion (especially speaking English) plays right into Harper's current attack. SaggyBalls
I think it's funny how people look at how the very french speak english - I can only imagine how the french see our english speaking politicians. We laugh at Dion and Chretien, but I bet they laugh at Harper. AdamH
Come again? That's human nature - to alugh at what's foreign to you. Quebeckers don't just laugh at Stephen's poor french they write articles about it, tell other quebeckers that his ability to be prime minister hinges on it. Basically they do all the same things we do about Dion.
