ollie
Pacini's on St. Joseph is pretty good for breakfast. Bunch of creative menu items in the Italian style. Their gimmick is the all-you-can-eat bread bar where you can toast various types of bread with various types of toppings to your hearts content. rubberdinghy
The Diner...Welligton St. Ottawa. Not so good...Overcooked eggs, burnt toast, that's only toasted on one side, those tiny little hashbrowns that get cold the minute they hit your plate...HOW HARD IS IT TO COOK EGGS PROPERLY?Subpar service topped it all off...Will not be back for breaky. rubberdinghy
So...Stoneface...It was great...then it took a spiral down (IMO), but Christ, ate there this past weekend...It has returned to the top of the "pricey, fancy" breakfast list, damn it was good...Also had to add..."cheap, fancy" category...The Rochester...Yow...they make a good Benny....and of course..."cheap, greasy"Fil's and or Brams...I love breaky
bouche
almost went to Dolly's on sunday. maybe next weekend. Sometimes it's just too hard to step out in the middle of winter when you've got eggs in the refrigerator.
