Basher
A lot of people swear by Henry's, but they may be pricey.
phishtaper
does Vistek do repairs? it's just down Queen from Henry's. could be pricey too, though.
Davey Boy 2.0
unless it's somthing simple then every camera that goes in for repairs goes to the same repair centre (in your case it'd go back to Canon, obviously) and the resultant price is about the sameguigsy's certainly the guy to consult in that regard though
Cully
The lens barrel is a little bent, so I am not sure how serious it is....
CyberHippie
The official Cannon repair office is just off of Dixie, north of the 401. That's where I take mine.
guigsy
canon has been out-sourcing a lot of their repairs for at least over a year now - one of my last managerial battles with a customer was over this - and, if i recall correctly, they're dealing with Sun Camera Repair (or something to that effect). more or less because of the volume of repairs that they deal with, because of the volume of cameras they have on the market.if you want to be sure canon touches your camera, and that you get the best price on the repair, do what cyberhippie says and deal directly with canon.places like henrys and vistek will mark-up your repair cost considerably, and it might not even go to canon proper.edit: the other thing about dealing directly with canon is you'll cut down your wait time, probably by a few weeks at least.
