NewRider
Stephen Stills Diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, According To Graham NashLast night on Larry King Live, Graham Nash revealed that Stephen Stills, his bandmate in Crosby, Stills and Nash, has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. The revelation followed a discussion between King and Nash about the death of singer/songwriter Dan Fogelberg, who suffered from prostate cancer for three years before passing last Sunday. According to Nash, Stills – unlike Fogelberg – caught his at an early stage, and will be operated on January 3rd, which also happens to be Stills’ birthday.-Rolling Stone
bokonon
Man. that sucks. Poor guy has to have ass surgery on his birthday! I wonder what kind of song that would inspire.
Jaimoe
I wouldn't call having a prostrate cancer operation as "ass surgery". That's a stupid thing to say.

Freak By Night
Healing vibes out to Mr. Stills! If you're a man, and you're over 40, get yourself into a doctor for a DRE and a PSA. Early detection is paramount.Prostate surgery is performed through an incision in the abdomen in most cases. So it's not exactly "ass surgery". phishtaper
sadly, most men die of prostate cancer because we are idiots. ... my thoughts are with stephen stills and dan fogelberg's families and friends.

Well at least that's one less thing for him to worry about. I really hope he pulls through, he's made wonderful contributions to our culture.
