Blane
For any of you looking for something to do tomorrow night. Surprise me Mr. Davis will be playing a gig at a small cafe/club in Burlington, VT called Parima Thai. This is a last-minute gig organized after Nathan couldn't get across the border for week of recording sessions in Montreal. Just a heads up. I won't be going as I'll be at the Wolf Parade/Wintersleep show here in town.
bradm
According to the jambase storyThe story is much longer and better than that, but the point is to let you know that Marc Friedman, Brad Barr and Nathan Moore will be putting on a show at Parima Thai (the listening room) on Sunday night, August 3 at 9 p.m.I wonder who'll be playing drums.Aloha,Brad
Blane
my guess is that if Andrew's not playing drums, nobody will be. All acoustic show or something. Maybe he had some commitments in town that he couldn't get out of.

bouche
I remember seeing this place and nearly went when we were last in burlington for SMMD. we wanted thai or indian. Then we found this service that delivers wicked food from participating restaurants to your hotel room and we got an indian feast.
Blane
Was talking with andrew at a birthday party last night and he said he was still going to try to make it to the show. He had another gig so that's why they initially didn't count on him making it.

It's just off the square, one block East of Church St. (which makes it not entirely convenient if you're staying out by Higher Ground). My girlfriend lived in Burlington for 5 years and swears by it. After having it once I could see why.
