[/blurb] Another happy summer at Cherry Beach is almost over culminating in the final party this Monday 3 - 11 pm. You will find the park at the end of Cherry St. in Toronto - along the sandy beach on the east side of the park, near the windsurfing club. This area is very magical place where over the past 10 years local event crew "Promise" has hosted free beach parties - helping create an important community event in Toronto. This year "Promise" has decided to expand the amount of lighting in the trees after nightfall and use bigger speakers, larger generator and a trailer to move everything to and from the site. The change make the events sound nicer, and more comfortable after dark. At 5:00 - 6:00 PM Toronto's The Chameleon Project will perform on the beach for the first time - bringing their brand of electronica jazz and dub. Line up includes: 3:00 Mentalfloss - downtempo 4:00 Fawn Big Canoe - house and electro 5:00 Chameleon Project - live funk 6:00 Nick and Pierre - electro and breaks 7:00 Maracatu Nunca Antes - live drumming 7:30 DJ ?uesquecest - jungle boogie 8:30 Nacho Lovers - techno and house 9:30 kf - techno DIRECTIONS: Go south on Cherry St. ( Street Starts at the bottom of Parliament and Lakeshore) to the end parking lot .
