As of right now closest I can find reasonable is in Norfolk and thats outta the question right about now.

i'm positive i booked a room at the omni a couple days ago, but they say i don't have a reservation. i don't know what happened.

I'm booked at the Comfort Suites in Newport News. Don't worry Bob, about 90% of the people who booked rooms won't get tickets.

Thats exactly what I was thinking brother. The only problem I see is people wanting top sell you their rom at unreasonable rates or to trade for extras.

Yeah, I'm not going to worry about a room until after the initial excitement wears off a little. Booking a room is generally a risk-free undertaking, so there will be a ton of rooms opening up as people who booked rooms out of excitement realize they can't make it.

^^^ yeah but if those rooms get dropped back into the pool, they will be sold at 350$ per night or more (as they are going for that now) instead of 129$, etc.

not that i'm concerned... just saying try to get someone else's room and transfer the rez.

Just to add... if I happen to get my tickets and anyone wants to share a room I will be looking for roomates to cut on the costs...
