ollie
This is the only info on the CapitalTickets.ca web site -- no prices. Seems to indicate reserved seating but the seating chart shows GA floor. Maybe the first 5 rows being referred to are a "snake pit" type area.Ticket Limit is per person, account and /or credit card used for purchase:Floor Seats: Rows 1-5: 4 ticket limitAll other areas: 8 ticket limitTickets purchased in Rows 1-5 on the floor must pick up at will-call starting @ 7pm on the night of the show only. These tickets can not be printed, mailed, couriered or picked up in advance. Only the credit card holder with valid photo ID will be allowed to pickup tickets.Date/Time: Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 7:00 pmOnsale Date: Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 10:00 am

Freak By Night
Can't help you with the pre-sale code or the prices. I don't expect the prices will be too ridiculous. They shouldn't be in the U2 or Elton John range anyway. They updated the info on the capitaltickets site:Ticket Limit: 4 per person, account and /or credit card used for purchase:GA Floor: General Admission Floor - NO SEATS!
