Dr. J
Not sure what's going on here. When I google a particular word or phrase, I get the usual list of links. But when I click on any of the links, I get a blank screen and a tag that says http://windowstopcontent.com which is also a blank screen. Whatsup? Anyone know? Thanks

Freak By Night
On a different computer, use google to look up "Browser Hijack".If you're using Windows, this may be a good place to start.
Basher
Yes, Google browser hijack. It is often a bitch to fix, but not impossible.

Esau.
Its a google redirect virus. There are a lot of articles out there on how to remove it. If you can use a different computer, search for "google redirect virus".I went through this about two months ago and it drove me nuts. Fortunately (for me) I had already prepared my HDD for my yearly reformatting, so that's what I did and just reinstalled XP, it was the simplest fix, although my OS has its own hard drive, and my other three hard drives contain my data/programs/music etc.One program I use which seems to come up a lot across the web in helping to remove this is http://malwarebytes.org/ I purchased mine and it does a great job cleaning up any crap on my computer, I cant speak for the free version though as I've never tried it. But it may be worth a shot.Another option is to sign up at a tech support site and inquire there since it does require numerous steps (and a couple different programs) to remove it. I use http://www.techguy.org/ for any problems I cannot resolve on my own. Very helpful people who will help you through each step and provide links to which programs you will need.
