SaggyBalls Posted April 30, 2010 Report Share Posted April 30, 2010 Focaccia is best toasted/heated...that's (of course) why it's a favourite for paninis...and that's (of course) why mediocre focaccia (which is commonplace) has left Bouche unimpressed.I've only really enjoyed that crappy stale bread a couple of times.Amazing when it's bakery-fresh.
