ollie
Yeah that was sad. Iiiiiiif Spurs get an away goal at 2-0 maybe. RM seemed to lose all respect after vDv was subbed.Homer announcers were horrible too.Now watch the Sens go and beat Philly.

Davey Boy 2.0
who would you choose to play up front, MS? Drogs in more on form but Vidic still has Torres nightmares and it'd be a tad rash to play them both I'd guess
mister slippery
Id play Torres/Anelka, at least till 65mins.Love to let Didi have the day off today, and if ahead would likely use Kalou as the sub, not Drogba. :2cents:

mister slippery
Well, the better team won. Chelsea was terrible, and Ramires just looked aweful. The ref looked awfully Howard Webb-esque on that card to Torres though. Sure looked like the Utd defender was standing on his right foot, but regardless, Chelsea deserved nothing out of that game, and had better bring their A game next Tuesday.Oh well, at least the pints were tasty. :chug: :chug: :chug: :chug: :chug:

ollie
Worst sending off in the Whitecaps MLS game tonight. Buddy on a yellow takes off his shirt after scoring a penalty.Self'd.

Hassli looks like a good player, but what kind of an idiot does that, already on a yellow?Maybe he thought since the shortsleeve jersey was underneath he was still officially wearing his jersey?Odd. How the fuck have you conned your girlfriend into watching so much fucking sports? You catch fucking everything. Sens(NHL), NCAA big games, CFL, NFL, EPL and now MSL. Does Chrissie just sit there and knit or does she follow it along with you?
Booche
My favorite part is where he presumed I "read" about the game. Dumbass clearly doesnt understand the capabilities of the internet even though he works in IT!

We have two TVs and a kitchen. As for watching MLS last night, I was just flipping channels after catching up on American Idol and it caught my attention. I would never PVR that shit. mister slippery
True enough, DB.However, we saw, hopefully, a good sign of things to come this weekend. When he came in as a sub, and joined Yossi Benayoun, DAMN!!! They were looking sharp together. Now that Yossi's healthy, maybe Nando'll pop in a couple.More importantly, I could really use a quality City-thrashing by Liverpool today. Think yer boys are up for it? Davey Boy 2.0
King Kenny's had to call up some reserve players (i.e. very young and inexperienced) to cover for the back line- gonna be toooouuuugh.
mister slippery
Well, that doesn't sound too encouraging.Maybe I'll just drink at home, and skip the match at the pub. Dunno if I need to see it.We'll see.

mister slippery
I think that's pretty obvious, Tissue. You've really hit the crux of the matter. Will your next update be to inform us that goalkeepers are hired to stop the ball from entering the net?
