Saw Dan (when he was an even younger lad) more than a few years back now. He was great then. Would love to get out to check him out again. We'll see though...October is getting busy quickly, and I got me a Crowes show right in the midst of him being within my vicinity.

I suspect (hope) he is going to be around for a long time.

I'm missing him by a week but I'll be with him in Germany and the UK. Really really recommended.

I think he will win the Polaris prize this year. he just seems the perfect type to win that thing.

I was trying to place my finger on it earlier when listening to some Mumford & Sons, (and it has probably been five years or so since I last saw Dan), but if memory serves me well I think his vocal tone sounds a lot like Marcus Mumford.
