i would recommend the rockliffe park book fair. the book fair takes place every november. I think that you can drop books off all year round.

If you've never been, I strongly recommend it. it's a great place to pick up books real cheap. and they always get a ton of books on almost every subject you can think of.

and the money goes to support the school.

if you have some free time leave them all over town and track them.

nyree used to do this when she travelled, her books are all over the world. Also great for travelers who want to pick up random books on the road so they don't have to buy anything when they are on a budget and still read tones, she still does it in ottawa. leaves them at random coffee shops, at the dentist office etc. and with the tracking number people track back where they ended up. three boxes may be a bit much but a few may be fun
