I thought Velvet, with his mastery of prose, might post a review, but I thought I would share something funny about our pre-show dinner.We ate at a pub just around the corner from Centre Bell. Traditional pub fare, and they also had a special Paul McCartney menu for the evening. Included were items like "Blackbird" wings and fries and "Maybe I'm Amazed" rib-eye steak."Meh" was the reaction from the waitress when I drew attention to the irony of attaching the name of a strict vegetarian to a menu listing all meat dishes.
