One question,if its within 10 points, couldn't bumping it up (say 10 for example) effect the standings/points drastically if say it were the last few games of the season the injury occured?

Or will there be a trade cut-off (like the real thing)? In which case,if your players hurt after that does that mean your screwed.

Well the idea behind the trade is to replace a player that might miss a significant amount of time due to an injury. It's up to the team to pull the trigger on the trade, after which there is no going back.

I say we go with the real trade cut-off date for our teams as well.

Are getting all this Badams? It looks like things are getting mighty specific. (look what you started ;) )

One of the bright minds that make up the superior Adams division has brought up a good point: what about shootout goals? Are those counted as regular goals?

Another fine mind in the Adams division has informed me that shootouts do not count in the regular stats, so they shouldn't count in this pool.

And before you ask Roller, no, you cannot take players playing in Europe and the points tallied in exhibition games and the Olympics dont count.

If a player scores during team practice, dont expect to add that to your score.

Here's a hint. Do NOT take players that are retired (eg: Wayne Gretzky)
