  1. I've vowed to keep it Canadian all day. Thought I'd share, encourage others and gain inspiration. So far, we've listened to Burt Neilson Band - Five Alive The Guess Who - Track Record (Collection) Rheostatics - Double Live (Disc 1) Next up..... Grand Theft Bus - Flies in the No Fly Play along at home. Post em up.
  2. That whole portfolio is one of the better festival slideshows that I've seen. Thanks for posting.
  3. Having trouble posting this photo but here's the link Link
  4. Thanks A.Nerd! Perfect for a rainy drive today.
  5. Set One * Backwards Down the Number Line * AC/DC Bag * Limb By Limb * The Moma Dance * Water In The Sky * Split Open and Melt * Lawn Boy * The Wedge * Stealing Time From The Faulty Plan * The Connection * Ocelot * Fluffhead Set II * A Song I Heard The Ocean Sing > * Drowned > * Twist * Let Me Lie * Tweezer > * 2001 > * Suzy Greenberg > * Possum Encore * Sleeping Monkey > * Tweezer Repris Look at that second set! Where's my heady (and apparently rain soaked) SBD's?
  6. Have fun at the ROO and have a happy birthday too!
  7. I am crippled by how good this show is. And I haven't even hit the Tweezer yet! SAND!
  8. Roller, I think you would enjoy Ladyhawk very much (no to be confused with the kiwi group LadyhawkE) I can also personally recommend Destroyer, The Fembots, and Rock Plaza Central as really good.
  9. And that's how slow I type.... Where are you guys getting setlist updates?
  10. From a non-bias party and long time phan: In the case of Basher v. Skank on the matter of the opener on May 31/09 Judge K refers to Big Cypress 12/31/99 setlist which reads #Meatstick^ -> Auld Lang Syne and in which the # stands for all of the pre-set Hot Dog ride, pre-played music etc The set begins when the boys grab instruments and begin, everything else is asterisk. Case dismissed. I'm calling Jim opener.
  11. Wow, to copycat a little and add... Akron/Family - Set em Wild, Set em Free Iron and Wine - Norfolk Wilco - The Album Silversun Pickups - Swoon Omer Saar - The Green Album Phish Destroys America Box Set Soulive - Up Here Okkervil River - Solo Demos for The Stage Names
  12. Sad news. Hope that Jeff and the boys don't take it too hard. Hard not to feel a little guilt I guess....
  13. I really like some of the rirst set stuff. The Water in the Sky was particularly transformed and I think that that should be the only way Pebbles and Marbles should be played from now on. Time Turns Elastic has yet to find a special place in my heart yet.
  14. This is soooo handy. Stream tunes, make playlists, pretty handy for my 50's-60's lesson plan, and to preview the Yeah Yeah Yeahs Description: Grooveshark is an internationally-availableonline music search engine and music recommendation web software application, allowing users to search for and stream music, for free, that can be played immediately or added to a playlist. Grooveshark streams 50 to 60 million songs per month, to more than 400,000 users. Their audience is growing at a rate of 2 to 3% per day LInk
  15. I can confirm that Wilco the Song is a reality. They debuted it on Colbert Report.
  16. FYI Thunderheist did play last year. Ask Tungsten...
  17. Cool Beans! If the stars align just right.....
  18. I don't like the "ch" sound. Put some Cool Wahip on your cake tonight.
  19. My favorite actor does one of my favorite musicians. [color:purple]What can go wrong?
  20. SPAC shutout. That was tough but it is the last show for who knows how long. See you at Darien!!!
  21. One of the thousand barefoot children dancing on the lawns! See ya'll there!
