  8. this thread from phish message boards. Some useful stuff and some garbage http://www.phantasytour.com/phish/boards_thread.cgi?threadID=2051643 American Flatbread is ok pizza, Great idea, and the atmosphere in their was great. But the best pizza in burlington is Leonardo's which is right next to the higher ground. Sick stuff. For a fancier meal. a Single pebble is the shit. You have to reserve in advance. So call now if oyu want to go. But amazing food.
  9. the two best record stores in my opinion would have to be Pure Pop Records - www.purepoponline.com 115 South Winooski Avenue, Burlington - (802) 658-2652 Pure pop is mostly new vinyl, with a bit of used stuff Burlington Records - www.burlingtonrecords.com 170 Bank Street, Burlington - (802) 881-0303 this is a fairly new shop. about a year old. But he's got alot of good stuff. i found some phish records their . He has a vintage tshirt section too
  10. you know what i meant jackass. with her breastfeeding schedule which i obviously can't do she can't make it every night. The nights i am busy with work she will take my tickets but the nights we both want to go we need extras.
  11. for all you vinyl lovers Vinyl They are putting out a special limited edition 100 copies only red vinyl. As well as the black vinyl not limited. I ordered my red vinyl last week.
  12. UPDATE: Please use this forum for Bluesfest ticket trades My thread last year worked out well for people so I figured I would start another one this year. I bought a pass this year but will be looking for extras for Nyree eventually. With the baby and her breast feeding schedule she can't go every night. Great Lineup this year. Can't wait to see everyone rocking out. Cheers Rob
  13. Here is a soundboard from mearlfest of the avett brothers SBD Merlefest 2008 http://www.mediafire.com/?zz0g3ytnmon
  14. I stopped drinking coffee because i am on a health kick these days and i used to consume way too much coffee so I cut it way back. But when i did drink coffee alot I went with bridgehead medium roast peruvian. Great stuff. I also went the kickinghorse route. As well as when we went to burlington, vt the farmer's market has some great local and imported coffees that we would always dip into. But if you want a nice strong coffee try a turkish cofee. I have a package of coffee arabica just sitting in my counter ready to be opened. That will give ya the kick you want!!
  15. I volunteered for a couple years and enjoyed it quite a bit. And really you don't have to work that many shifts and get a free pass. Plus the social interaction with people. I met Nyree Volunteering at bluesfest 2006 at the beer tent black sheep stage. Glad I was volunteering that year
  16. Link removed as per your request. Yet I obviously am not the one who posted this album. I found the link on the interweb through a message board who linked me to pirate bay. Yet it is still online on pirate bay. You can not stop pirate bay from posting it. Or can't get them to remove it. interesting

  18. festival pass purchased. I am ready. now time to try and book off some days at work. only shitty thing about working nights 4 days a week.
  19. of find someone with student id to buy it for you. they don't check for id at the gate and they give you a bracelet. my friend has been doing it for the past 4 years and he's in his 30's and it's only 65 bucks
  20. $230 for presale. that seems higher then usual didn't we pay 180 last year
  21. vinyl has had it's up's and down's. over the years but it's always had that demand. i believe in the 80's it died because of the cd. But i think it's always had it's constant flow. I have always collected music but didn't start collecting vinyl until i was given a great record player a few years back. Which fell in great time with this plethora of vinyl that has been released lately. I think most artists are going for it because their cd sales are down so why not make money off vinyl.
  22. that's funny, i guess i stoped reading after the title. I thought both shows were at maverics. but then my friend pointed out that the saturday was still at decuf. Very nice. much prefer that. Rock on
