I didn't know they made Prune Yogurt...where I have been? I try to eat multigrain cereal with raisins and rice milk (high in B12) and fruit. And sometimes whole wheat english muffin with cheese. On weekends, it depends, sometimes a piece of carrot cake from Herb and Spice after Yoga with a coffee from Bridgehead...I eat it while walking home. I love breakfast.

HAHA I forgot about the the Wawa goose. Claybelt, the Big Cow in New Liskeard and Earlton has a buffalo. (I can't post pics at work for some reason) There is also a big fish, I think its a trout, heading up north...Ontario is a strange place.

I've never had the falafel there, but I did buy this little roundish thing, filled with lemon/spinach and the shell, she said, was made of chickpea flour, it was pretty good, but possibly the greasiest thing ever. That bakery is great, and the store next door has all kinds of inexpensive spices and oil etc.

I don't know if Heaven would have the canal...it is pretty smelly in the summer
