  1. No can do, my schedule is pretty crazy but I'm still holding out some hope of making it down for the Redskins vs Bills game. Also.....wow Whitey, that Bauserman kid looked awful.
  2. No? He single handedly won this game for Nebraska. RB disguised as a QB? Ask Tebow to show you his Heisman. Yeah, you might want to focus on that 70s because that's as good as it's going to get for the Huskers.
  3. Too bad you turned on Martinez there POG, he's looking like a decent college QB. I think someone owes someone an apology.
  4. He's looking like a starting QB now. edit: Hell no I'm not nervous, Nebraska is already a one loss team, they're not getting anywhere over a one loss SEC team. I am hoping that OSU gets it together so they can beat Wisconsin.
  5. So you've decided to show your face after what happened last week. Yeah, it goes without saying that Alabama or LSU will be the other team in national championship game. They both are disgustingly good but Alabama hosts LSU this year so unfortunately I think it'll be the Crimson Tide but I hope it isn't. I don't think Clemson has a snowballs chance in hell of getting the call for the big game. They would need some loses in some other conferences to begin with (including Boise, Stanford and Wisconsin with that cream puff schedule), it's the ACC after all, and their starting QB went down today with a bad hip injury. With games at Georgia Tech and South Carolina I think they'll be a one loss team at best. Also........ Ho Ho Ho. OSU is looking a lot like OSU with that defence and ground game and Nebraska is looking like ...... you know what, I'm not jinxing this.

Rest in peace Al. You were colourful and I'll leave it at that.
  7. Woof! This Oklahoma vs Texas game is becoming a bit of a dog. The Sooners are looking pretty good for the national championship game but they've got Texas AM, Kansas St and an away game at Oklahoma St still to play.
  8. I missed tonight's game but I took great joy in watching A-roid a) Strike out with the bases loaded in the 7th with 1 out (so popping out was good enough) and Strike out for the final out in the ninth. Fucking hate that guy.
  9. Douchimus Prime Well at least it keeps his name in the headlines and it's an excuse to bump this thread.
  10. Yeah if I had known about the rebroadcast I would have avoided being crushed in the morning via internet and saved it for a late afternoon crushing in HD.
  11. I'm pretty sure Terrelle Pryor is in the NFL

You beat me to it. Also if the Raider's weren't complete and utter shit shows when it comes to flags (and I think they're worse than they usually are this season) the Bills would probably be 1-3. To bad the Cardinals didn't get that call othersise the Bills, Raiders, Eagles, Cowboys, Jets, Dolphins, Steelers and Giants all would have lost. That's essentially every team I want to lose on any given Sunday.
  13. I did say it was glorious day in the BigTen, it was just beating on Nebraska was more pressing. I hope OSU can get it together in time for Wisconsin because the only other opponent that's ranked that Wisconsin faces is Illinois who, I've got a feeling, isn't going to be ranked by the time they play. It's pretty criminal how lame their schedule is. Feel bad for Boise because yet again they smack someone down yet dropped big in the rankings. Don't really see how their schedule is that much different than Wisconsin's. They beat Georgia who I think, judging from what I saw on Saturday, could beat Nebraska.

Thank you Detroit. That was awesome.
  15. What a glorious day in the BigTen it was yesterday. Nice BigTen debut Nebraska, you dodged Texas and Oklahoma only to lose to Wisconsin. Ouch. Martinez straight up stunk. Best part during game was when one of commentators (i have no idea who it was, I was channel flipping) said that he thought Wisconsin should be up for consideration for number 1 and the other guy basically groaned and said yeah, if LSU, Alabama, Oklahoma, Standford and Boise all lose. Love BigTen that scheduling. That's why you have to schedule a few strong games out of conference for the love of god. I'd love to see the BigTen get hammered again in the national game but it's not going to happen. Also Michigan? Interesting. Arkansas beating Texas A&M was a nice way to welcome them to the SEC conference.
  16. Shockingly, you missed my point. I'm sure many people actually playing, working at, attending or watching the game from home gave a fuck in some form or another. Some people may have literally fucked in the washroom. Shit, that mentally challenged kid on the bus everyday that's decked out in Sens gear and wears Sens mittens all summer long probably gave an enormous fuck. Anyway no time to dillydally, I've got to wade through an enormous amount of posts to see if Davey Boy has anything to say in the EPL thread.
  17. Great Googly Moogly, Santos scored!
  18. Tevez (with video of the lameness) With a side order of Dzeko. What's this? Your bought team doesn't have that team spirit you were hoping for? I'm stunned.
  19. Yeah, I was just reading that, what an awful season. At least they won so I can finally post again. Looking forward to tomorrow. Savour the flavour!
  20. If a joke was made on a near dead site, would it still make a sound?

That was a fucking heart breaker. Groan.
  22. Yeah, I was hoping to able to leave early but it's super busy which is shame because I've got to savour the CL while I can. Reading the play by play and commentary though, sounds like Arsenal is lucky to be up by 1.
