I remember the sadness I felt outside of Maple Leaf Gardens as Van Halen took the stage inside for their 1984 tour. I couldn't afford the scalpers tickets and walked back to the subway. I'll go see this show, if it's in Ottawa and less the $80, but only because of the shutout 22 years ago.

Who secret santa'd me this dvd? I forget, but I'd like to report that I finally watched it and liked it. I was especially impressed with the inclusion of a couple of short films in the special features. Whoever you are, thank you.

I go to sleep whenever I want, usually between 1 and 3am, and I sleep many hours each night. I'm still trying to catch up on sleep lost during nero tour.

I get up whenever I want and I love it very much. There are four days a year that I have to get before 9am, and they are usually very inconveniently placed. For example, my next pre-9am wakeup is scheduled for January 13th.

I think the new cd is great, and I am really looking forward to seeing them in Montreal.
