  1. where are you? I'd be interested if you're closeish.
  2. I'm pretty stoked too. Sounds like a pretty good Canada contingent which makes it even better. The DSO addition really tops it off.
  3. God Save The Queen... really? Well I for one can't wait to hear what Neil Young and Crazy Horse have to say about God saving the fucking Queen.
  4. tickets ordered. no wedding for me.
  5. I'd love 1. Was hoping to go to this one and in Cincinnati. Maybe cuyahoga too.

yeah really, p and b are pretty far apart on the keyboard. I can see getting a laotop or a loltop maybe even a la[top
  7. Not members of this board but members of the "community." I'd rather not say their names here but lets just say their first names start with B&S, just like the date they chose. Invitations aren't out yet, but I can throw a word in for you if you like NR. Maybe you can dress up like me and take a friend dressed up like my wife, if you're picking up what I'm laying down.
  8. Depending on the wedding decision, which I'm still leaning toward All Good, we'd be zipping right through Grand Bend NW. If I see anybody that looks like you hitchhiking on HWY 21 I suppose we could slow down a bit.
  9. I have a problem, some friends finally announced their wedding date for July 21. what to do what to do? A few people around here know who I'm talking about.
  10. Sam's out, Greg is back again
  11. Sorry for the interuption, in case you didn't know what the Wiggles are, they're the happiest f*ckers on the planet: resume thread.
  12. Lots of kids stuff, that's great (for us). [color:purple]Maybe the Wiggles will be playing. I only watch the Wiggles for about 9 hours a day right now, so I know all the words and dances.
  13. 420 bucks for VIP which includes family camping and can see the mainstage from the camping area sounds pretty good to this papa.
  14. Lineup looks awesome. Think we might do this this year instead of bluesfest. $160 for 4 nights including camping. Not a super long drive either. Who's been? Is it awesome? http://www.allgoodfestival.com/ The Allman Brothers Band Phil Lesh & Friends The Flaming Lips Bob Weir & Bruce Hornsby featuring special guest Branford Marsalis Michael Franti & Spearhead Lotus G. 15. Hopefully I can get my hands on this before it ends up on ebay for some stupid price.
  16. Brian Wilson looked pretty uncomfortable, possibly even disdainful, on the Grammy show. The other singer (wait while i google...done) Mike Love was a total cheeseball. oh well, I guess lots of performer on the Grammy's looks kinda cheesy and disdainful.
  17. Congrats on the CD boys. Can't wait to hear it. Working this weekend so I couldn't make the show. boo. Any chance this is going to be released in the itunes store?
  18. Maybe they needed to go on Dragon's Den.
  19. Cool, sounds(ed) handy. I guess their marketing wasn't all that great ? Was it all you could handle or pick and choose?
  20. Just a question, what did napster do? Was it kind of cloud based buy a song and stream it from our server for ever sort of thing? I've been using Roku for a while which just streams my own collection to my stereo and connects to the internet for internet radio.
  21. There's some pretty sweet hifi gear out there that make CD's sound pretty damn awesome. Audiophile, expensive shit. There will be a market for CD's in that crowd for sure for a long time. You don't invest a couple grand into something you're just going to "give up on." BTW, I once heard that playstation 1's were/are much sought after by the audiophile crowd for the "better than most" sound quality. Personally, I love it when I buy a record and get the free cd inside to listen to in the car. The Truckers do it all the time. I've got the cd with Wilco and WSP and a few others too. You almost always get a free digital download with most new albums. I'd say....to sum up.... keep the cd's that are originals, chuck the burnts unless they're great live shows, hard to find. KEEP ALL YOUR DEAD.
  22. I went through about a two year period in high school when I only listened to Zeppelin and a little bit of The Who. Everything else was too inferior to even bother with.
