  1. First link doesn't work though.
  2. Exactly! I got so many people into him and his music. I knew he was hit with hard times but didn't expect this. It's been days and I'm still in shock. It's not like he was old. I hope him and his family and friends can find peace.
  3. Likely the late night club shows. I'm happy to pay $60 a day for Sat. and Sun.
  4. The schedule I posted is for the festival grounds at Fort York. None of those bands are doing the night bar/club shows.

  6. Very sad news. Magnolia Electric Co.'s live album "Trial & Errors" is one of my favorite live albums. R.I.P.
  7. I don't think many of their fans can or will cross the border.
  8. Saw Brood at Hillside Inside a few weeks ago and they were incredible. Love the new album.
  9. I used to drive by his house (or what I told was his house) all the time. RIP.
  10. Didn't totally grab me at first but it's growing on me fast.
  11. Fort York is AWESOME for shows. Blue Rodeo used to do a fest there every year. I've got my ticket for the Arts & Crafts Field Trip and the Urban Roots Fest is the only other festival I think I'll hit this summer. Great lineup, good price.
  12. I saw Julian Koster from Neutral Milk Hotel do one of those in Guelph. It was pretty cool. Wish there was more shows like this.
  13. WOW! Amazing setlist and the recording sounds great. I'm assuming this is a local Ottawa thing? Would love for them to come to Guelph if they wanted to take it on the road.
  14. They have a message board? Ya Pitchfork is ALL OVER bands like Old Crow, Mumford and Dan Mangan. You can do better than that. That was just stupid.
