  1. why am i thinking im gonna regret missing this one. I f they play jajunk or nothing to fancy im gonna be pissed. throw in divisions aswell and i might aswell work forever. Damn work and money situations......i hate you .i hate you! But on a good note everyone have fun tonight!
  2. for me it was a toss up between this and NRPS. I can only afford one so im doin up the 420 NRPS show!
  3. caught the last half an hour last night. Was pretty impressed, especially with all the percussion. The dinner table jam was the shit though. For once it was sorta worth it staying home on a friday night. Now whos got my heady jams for tonight!
  4. i think ive won about 3 coffees so far, between me and the wife. We dont stop there much during the week, but usally once a day on the weekends.

I was just trying to stick up for the young bands, actually i dont know what the hell i am doing, this whole place confuses me, somtimes.   10. A-FU**ING-men This is what discourages young bands right from the get go. Tell it like it is. Don't be ridiculous. If you are discouraged right from the get-go because someone criticizes you' date=' then you're too thin-skinned to ever succeed in the music business anyway. [b']Every act, no matter how big or how small, how successful or how unknown, has its detractors. And if you can't find anyone (or anyone beyond your immediate friends and family) who likes your music, then you should probably take that as a sign that you suck really bad, because even crappy bands have at least a few fans. you act like im saying this about myself or a recent band i was in......well..WWRONG!! What i am trying to say without pissing off the holier than whoevers on this board. Is that some of these bands may have potential, and of course if they suck then sure they suck, but some of these new bands get shit on right from the get go, because they havent been around as long as the Main Bands. Its obvious you were throwing a cheap shot in there ands thats just what i am talking about. Maybe you guys will understand one day.
