  1. Oh, it's bad, just not THAT bad. There's nothing listed that makes me think I'll be inside of the Molson Amphitheatre this summer. Peace, Mark
  2. For the record, I don't think that the lineup is THAT bad. But it's certainly been fun posting that it's that bad. Peace, Mark
  3. Hmmm, I must have been having a particularly bad day at school when I posted that multiple choice comment. On second thought, after looking at the lineup again, maybe I can't blame my comment on a bad day. Peace, Mark
  4. Hey, I just discovered that envelope 3 (aka Dave Lauzon) is playing late night in the saloon on Sunday ... very cool! Peace, Mark
  5. Which of the following words best describes the 2009 summer lineup at the Molson Amphitheatre? a. brutal b. crappy c. sad d. awful e. all of the above f. none of the above I'd circle f. if asked the above question, because none of the choices accurately depicts just how horrid the lineup really is. Peace, Mark
  6. Happy bithday Aaron ... see you at Ghost Town! Peace, Mark
  7. Happy birthday Rick! Peace, Mark
  8. I just voted again and noted that you are now ranked #31. Peace, Mark
  9. For people heading to the festival without a weekend pass, at-the-gate prices are $75 for the weekend, $65 for two nights and $40 for one night. Peace, Mark
  10. It sounds like you had a great trip to Philly! Nice! Peace, Mark

  12. Wow, five and a half hours ... a Hillside fan(atic) for sure! And understandably so, as Hillside is an amazing festival in so many ways. I didn't end up lining up for tickets, as we are going to be away for sure on a family vacation adventure during Hillside. Peace, Mark
  13. The schedule should be coming out in the near future ... hopefully later on tonight or tomorrow at some time. As soon as I get schedule info from Mark Wilson I will post it here and let people know. Stoked!!! Peace, Mark
  14. We're talking about Saturday May 16, correct? I wouldn't want somebody showing up for the prom on the wrong night! Two weeks 'till Frontier Town. I'm stoked! Peace, Mark
  15. Good luck with this Jay! You just got Ben Dover's vote. Peace, Mark
  16. Some day I will make it to a Friday-night-in-Guelph Kittens show, but not this Friday, as I already have plans. I think I'll be lining up at Encore Records for tickets on Saturday morning. Peace, Mark
  17. After reading through the Guestbook on the Nelson Ledge's web site, this news doesn't really bother me. My sense is that they are being reasonable in trying to keep the sketch-factor as low as possible, which is fine by me. Peace, Mark
  18. Awesome news guys ... congratulations! I've been a Relix subscriber for the last year; previous to that I used to buy the odd issue at a magazine stand. They carry copies at Encore Records in Kitchener and at Chapters. It's a solid music magazine if you are into "jam" music, and the compilation discs I've received over the past year have definitely contained some solid tracks. As I've mentioned before, I think that Diesel Dog sits in a musical pocket that will appeal to many American jam fans. Hopefully I'll be able to go to an American festival at some point in the future which includes them on the bill. Diesel Dog at Gratefulfest would be sweet! Peace, Mark
  19. Thanks for the Hillside heads up Anne! Our summer calendar makes me think that Hillside is a "maybe" at this point, as we may be away. But having tickets and then selling them would be a better option than not having tickets and then needing them last minute. Peace, Mark
  20. I have a copy of it on eight-track. With purple packaging. Peace, Mark
